Tony Bennett leads Benstone Group’s commercial real estate and consulting services.

His work is centered on South Florida commercial property, with particular knowledge of retail and warehouse assets. His areas of focus include property evaluation, acquisition strategy, commercial real estate transactions, mortgage planning, and complex property opportunities.

Tony’s experience includes conventional property purchases as well as transactions involving REO properties, defaulted notes, foreclosures, bankruptcy-related properties, and nontraditional financing circumstances.

His approach begins with understanding the client’s objectives. From there, he examines the property, financing requirements, transaction structure, and potential concerns that could affect the decision.
Benstone’s model gives clients direct access to Tony throughout the engagement, from the initial conversation through acquisition and financing planning.
